How the terms work
The $500 deposit is non-refundable, and it locks in the pricing tier that is open on the day we receive it — even if that tier closes afterwards.
Your remaining balance is due by October 3. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee; Wise and bank transfers carry none, so most guests use those.
Travel insurance is required for every guest. Flights, visa, tips, personal purchases, private 1:1 sessions and optional add-ons sit outside the retreat price — they're listed in full below so nothing arrives as a surprise.
