was born
Temple Within was born from a desire for something deeper than a retreat or a tour — a container to step outside your normal rhythm, experience Egypt deeply, and let something within you shift.
This is not a yoga retreat.
This is not a sightseeing tour.
It is an embodied journey through Egypt — and an invitation to journey within.
Egypt is a land of temples. But the most sacred temple we can ever enter is the one within ourselves.

The story behind Temple Within
Egypt wasn't "part of my plan."
Somehow I followed an abrupt calling. In October 2025 I found myself there almost by accident — and it cracked something open. The desert, the water, the stillness, the people, the ancient land, the energy around everything. I knew I was supposed to bring people here, to experience Egypt. I knew I had to be intentional about it, so Temple Within has been simmering in me ever since.
Travel has given me the most unexpected, expansive moments of my life — ones that could never have happened if I'd stayed inside what I already knew. Being somewhere completely foreign humbles you. You slow down, let go of control, and see the world and yourself through a new lens.
So I wove together everything I value — discovery, adventure, culture, connection, beauty and the precious unknown — with the practices that brought me home to myself: yoga, meditation, somatic movement, sound, Reiki, dance, music, breathwork and ceremony.
This journey is my baby. Each day, the venues, every piece has been chosen with love, with you in mind. It isn't about escaping your life. It's about stepping outside the familiar long enough to remember something within you that has been waiting for space.
I would be so honored to share Egypt with you.
